CALL TO ACTION
Throughout the month of September, The Grace Project is inviting our community, our partners, and every person of faith to join us in a sacred commitment: a Month of Prayer for the Homeless. This is a season of intercession, compassion, and intentional action. Every day, thousands of unhoused veterans, families, and low‑to‑moderate income individuals struggle to find stability, dignity, and hope. Their challenges are not distant—they are here in our neighborhoods, our cities, and our churches. We believe prayer opens the door for transformation, but prayer must also move our hands and hearts.
This September, we are challenging everyone to complete three meaningful acts of kindness for the homeless. These acts do not need to be grand; they simply need to be sincere. When compassion becomes action, lives change. When communities unite, miracles happen. When the church rises, hope is restored.
We ask you to pray daily for those experiencing homelessness, to lift up the families seeking shelter, the veterans longing for stability, and the children who deserve safety and opportunity. And as you pray, let your kindness become a living testimony of God’s love. Together, we can create ripples of grace that reach far beyond this month.

THE POWER OF BATTLING THE HOUSING CRISIS
At Grace Project Homes, we believe that homeownership is the foundation for stability, dignity, and generational sustainability. Our Community Development Homeownership Program is designed to support homeless individuals, with a priority focus on homeless veterans, followed by families in need. Through our comprehensive approach, we don’t just provide housing—we create a permanent pathway from homelessness to homeownership.
Our program is structured to offer long-term, sustainable housing solutions, addressing the root causes of homelessness while equipping individuals and families with the tools they need for self-sufficiency. We achieve this through:

The Grace Project proudly serves three communities. While our priority order reflects urgency of need, our commitment to every person we serve is equal.
🪖First Priority
Unsheltered Veterans
Men and women who have bravely served our nation and are currently without shelter receive first preference in all of our housing programs. This is our highest calling — to honor their sacrifice with action, not just words.

Unhoused Families
Families — with or without children — who are currently experiencing homelessness. We provide pathways to safe, stable, and dignified living environments, because no family should be without a roof over their heads.

Low to Moderate Income Individuals & Families
- Those who are housed but face serious risk of housing instability due to income limitations. We help bridge the gap before crisis strikes — offering support, resources, and stability before homelessness becomes a reality.
